I do like Santini gear, honestly. The quality is usually good and there are a few jerseys I’ve had my eye on, but the stock situation on the site is just... kind of frustrating.

Pretty much every time I find something I want, the size is gone, or it’s only the odd sizes left. I checked back a couple of times thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but not much really changed.
The actual ordering process was fine, no issue there. It’s more that it’s hard to buy anything when the options aren’t available. Hopefully they sort it out soon, because I would buy more if I actually could.

Box showed up clean, not crushed, and everything inside was packed well. No issues—happy with it.

I liked that there were some good options to choose from, but once I actually started trying to change the smaller details it got kind of confusing and I kept feeling like I should be able to tweak more than it would let me, so overall it was fine but not as flexible as I was hoping

I picked this up mainly because I wanted something that would help me feel more visible on night rides. The fit is fine and it’s comfortable enough, but the reflective bits are a lot smaller than I expected. When headlights hit it, it doesn’t really pop the way I thought it would. For me, it feels more like a regular piece with a little reflective trim rather than something I’d rely on for darker rides.

My order showed up, but one of the items wasn’t actually what I ordered. The invoice had the right size and color listed, so my instinct was to check the product itself, and sure enough, it was different. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little while. Not the worst experience, just frustrating when you’re expecting everything to be right the first time.

The quality is okay overall, but maybe it’s just me, I didn’t really feel like it was worth the price. It’s not bad, just more expensive than I expected for what you get.

It ended up taking longer to arrive than I expected, which felt preventable with better communication or shipping estimates. That said, it did show up in good condition, so no issues with the item itself

I’ve found some decent cycling stuff here, and the quality seems good overall. Compared to a couple of other places I’ve shopped, though, the sizing and options feel a bit limited at times. It’s fine if they have what you need, but I do wish there was a wider range to choose from.

Ordering our team kit was easy overall. The sizing was the only part that took a bit of guessing, so I was a little unsure at first. But everything arrived fine, and because the order came in without any issues, I’d say the whole process went smoothly.

The only downside was that the replacement took a few days longer to ship than I expected, but customer service did get back to me and everything was sorted out in the end. I’d order from them again, next time I’ll just pay closer attention to the size chart.

I got clear emails about my order from the moment I placed it all the way until it was delivered!!! I didn’t have to chase anyone or sit around wondering where my package was, which was such a relief!!! The tracking was easy to follow too!!! Overall, it was a really smooth experience!!!

It breathes well and feels comfortable enough, but it definitely started showing wear quicker than I expected. Not a bad option, just don’t expect it to hold up forever.

I ordered a jersey from Santini and, i was a little unsure if the color would look the same in person. Sometimes product photos can be a bit misleading, but this one was pretty much exactly like what I saw on the site.

It was a nice surprise, actually, especially with cycling gear where colors can look kind of off online. I think I’d probably trust their photos again next time.

I ordered a Santini jersey and at first it seemed solid. The fit was okay and it looked nice out of the box, but once I actually rode in it, the back pockets were a letdown. They sit higher than I expected and feel weirdly tight, so grabbing my phone while riding was more annoying than it should be.
After a few rides, one of the pockets started sagging oddly too, which really made it feel like a bait and switch for the price. It’s not a total disaster, and I’ll probably still wear it, but I expected something a lot more functional and polished

The washing instructions were actually useful, so that part was nice. I followed them closely, but after a few washes the kit still feels a little delicate. Not awful or anything, just something I noticed. The info helped, I just kind of wish it held up with a bit more confidence...

It fit perfectly, and the size guide helped me pick the right size. I’d say it took about a minute to check, and it was totally worth it.

The fabric feels really nice, like softer than I expected, and after a bunch of rides the stitching is still holding up fine. So yeah, I’m happy with it. Not life-changing or anything, but also kind of great.
